A few things that I’ve heard today…

• I have heard that Brett Burman, who served as the video coordinator at Hofstra last season, has left to become the assistant video coordinator with the Detroit Pistons. Burman was at GA under Frank Haith at Miami before joining the Hofstra staff.

• Former Appalachian State assistant Lavell Hall has been named as the head coach at Hickory High School (NC). He was on the ASU staff from 1994-2003 and has been working as a HS AD since then.

• It sounds like the search at SUNY-Ulster is winding down. I’ve heard that former Passaic County CC and Hudson CC head coach Rich Corsetto and local guy Bob Masloski are both involved. Look for the announcement any day.
