A few coaches that I talked to today told me that Mike Deane will be added to Matt Brady’s staff at James Madison. Deane has been the head coach at Marquette, Siena, Wagner, and Lamar (436-334 in 26 seasons). He has been out of coaching for the past two seasons. Brady was a senior on Deane’s first squad at Siena (1986-87). The official announcement is expected by the end of the week, but my guys tell me that Deane has already been in the office at JMU.
