According to a statement released by Texas A&M, head coach Billy Kennedy is taking a medical leave of absence due to an undisclosed medical condition. Kennedy will have a series of tests run and will be evaluated by his physician before returning to coach the Aggies. Associate head coach Glynn Cyprien will be in charge of the team until Kennedy returns. Cyprien led the players through their first practice on Friday and will be with the team at Midnight Madness.
