Multiple sources have told me that Boston University head coach Pat Chambers has been offered the Penn State job. He is apparently in the process of finalizing a contract. Over the past 24 hours, Duquesne’s Ron Everhart, and Milwaukee’s Rob Jeter have both "withdrawn" from consideration. This is usually a phenomenon we see when another candidate has been offered the job. Putting this all together, it seems like Chambers is the choice here.
