Here are some of the names that I’ve heard who may be involved at Princeton….
Mike Brennan – Assistant Coach Georgetown. Played for Pete Carril at Princeton (1994 grad). Spent seven seasons as an assistant at his Alma Mater before moving on to American and then Georgetown.
Brian Earl – Assistant Coach Princeton. A 1999 Princeton grad who has been an assistant there for the past four seasons. 1999 Ivy League Player of the Year. 5th all-time leading scorer at Princeton.
Mitch Henderson – Assistant Coach Northwestern. Surprise – another Princeton basketball Alum! Was a captain and four-year starter who graduated in 1998. Has been on the staff at Northwestern for 11 seasons.
Mike Maker – Head Coach Williams. 76-14 in three seasons at the helm. Took his team to the DIII Final Four this past seasons. Obviously understands how to recruit at an Ivy level school. Only one in the group with head coaching experience.
Tony Newsome – Assistant Coach Princeton. NJ native who has been on the staff for the past seven seasons. Was the associate head coach at Holy Cross, and an assistant at Rider and Siena.
