It sounds like Oklahoma video coordinator Dionne Phelps is going to be the choice at Oklahoma City University. Phelps spent one season at Oklahoma, and has been an assistant at Baylor, UTSA, and Texas State.

I’ve heard that new Wyoming head Larry Shyatt is considering hiring Jeremy Shyatt and Scott Duncan. Jeremy Shyatt (Larry’s son) spent the last two seasons at North Florida, where he worked for one of his dad’s former assistants, Matt Driscoll. Duncan was with Shyatt at UW in 1997-98 and spent the last four years at UCLA.

Oakland head coach Greg Kampe has expressed his interest in the vacant Dayton job.

I can confirm that Central Oklahoma head coach Terry Evans interviewed at Oklahoma on Tuesday. Evans played for Billy Tubbs at Oklahoma from 1989-1993.
