According to sources, there are three coaches in the mix at for the job at Lock Haven. They are:

Kurt Kanaskie – Associate Head Coach Penn State. A native of Mechanicsburg, Pa. Was the head coach at Lock Haven from 1985-1988. Was also the head coach at Drake and Indiana University (PA).

Chuck Hammond – Head Coach Goldey-Beacom. A DII guy. Has been at Goldey-Beacom for seven seasons (108-117 – 19-11 this season). Played for Herb Magee at Philadelphia.

Mike Nestor – Assistant Coach Shippensburg. Has been a player and assistant at SU since 1995. Knows the league well (they are in the same league as Lock Haven – PSAC).
