This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for assisting with all phases of a Division I men’s basketball program while upholding the values and mission of Bradley Athletics which is to provide every student-athlete the opportunity for a distinctive education and a championship experience. Responsibilities of the position include: recruiting, scouting of opponents, videotape analysis, assisting with game and practice preparation, player development, on the court coaching, summer camps and other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach.
A Bachelors degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred. Past playing experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency with computer applications; a commitment to excellence and sensitivity to cultural differences and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire. Salary is commensurate with experience.
