Leads, organizes, directs, supervises and administers all aspects of a Division I Men’s Basketball program, ensuring compliance with all NCAA & Ivy League rules & regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruit high-caliber student athletes; develop basketball skills & on-court strategies; promote scholar-athlete welfare & provide appropriate mentoring; raise money for program; make public appearances & address media; hire and supervise staff.
