PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment of prospective student-athletes
• Player development
• Practice and game coaching
• Monitoring the academic progress of student athletes
• Participation in fundraising and community service projects
• Compliance with NCAA and North Atlantic Conference (NAC) rules
• Willingness to support the philosophy of the head coach
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous collegiate playing and/or coaching experience
• Possess strong organizational and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
