• Organizes and directs all aspects of an NCAA II program including scheduling, practice, organization, budget management, public relations and scouting;
• Recruitment and retention of student athletes. A commitment to academic progress and graduation;
• Hiring, supervising and evaluating assistant coaches;
• Aids in coordinating media coverage and fundraising;
• Must possess high integrity, commitment to excellence, loyalty and a strong work ethic;
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
