Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred, preferably in physical education, and/or sports administration and the ability to effectively communicate and build a positive rapport with college level students. The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in recruiting, training, and coaching members of the Men’s Basketball Team. The Assistant Coach of Basketball is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Winston-Salem State University, the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), and NCAA.
