The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach is to perform all duties assigned by the Head Coach and the Athletic Director in a professional manner. Will be responsible to comply with policies and procedures set forth by the NJCAA and KJCCC. Will be responsible for representing the college in a positive manner to the community, Boosters and peers. Will assist the head coach in recruitment of student athletes. Will assist the head coach in coordinating promotions and public relation events through the Athletic office. Will assist in organizing and administering all practice and game-day strategies. Will be responsible for meeting requirements and reporting scores and statistics to the KJCCC and NJCAA. Must be loyal to head coach, athletic department and the college. Must have a firm knowledge of designated sport. Must have previous experience as coach and/or player in respective sport. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
