Radford University Athletics invites applications for the position of Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. This position manages overall operations of the Men’s Basketball program, including scheduling lodging and transportation for team travel, arranging team meals for home and away games, ordering supplies and equipment, and managing film exchange. This position is also responsible for monitoring academic progress and communication of information to student-athletes.
An advanced degree or education, training, and work experience which equates to an advanced degree is required. The successful candidate must have experience at the collegiate level in basketball operations, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, effective written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently without direct supervision, and knowledge of intercollegiate sports operations. Experience managing the operations of a Division I basketball program is preferred.
