Essential Functions
• Determining recruitment procedures for student athletes
•Issuing grants-in-aid to student-athletes.
•Recommending schedules and schedule changes
to the Athletic Committee.
• Making game arrangements (transportation, lodging, board, etc.)
• Game management (game plan, offensive and defensive strategies, etc.)
• Assisting equipment manager with inventory and requisitioning equipment.
• Monitoring academic progress of student-athletes.
• Developing rules and regulations regarding general conduct of student athletes.
• Reporting statistical data to NAIA/A.I.I.
• Teaching in degree area that is applicable
Education
• A Master’s Degree and five years of coaching with at least two
years’ experience as a Head Coach
