Northwest Kansas Technical College is seeking a Men’s JV Basketball Coach. Northwest Tech is a small, rural technical college in Goodland, KS. The coach will report directly to the Men’s Head Coach. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with administering the basketball program, including recruiting, scheduling, fundraising, travel, budgeting and practice plans. Coach, teach and train student in skills and strategies related to competition, mentor and maintain discipline of student athletes ensuring their academic progress. Represent Northwest Tech and the Men’s Basketball Program in a professional manner, while enforcing college and NJCAA guidelines governing the sport.
