Position Description and Duties:
Answer telephone calls and emails from customers
Processing Payments and Managing Database
Involved in all aspects of planning, marketing, and execution clinics and camps
Research potential facilities for upcoming events
Organize paperwork pertaining to camps and clinics
Register campers via telephone and email
Meet daily with camp administrators to determine priority tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outgoing and personable
Excellent Communication skills
Computer proficient
Able to work in fast paced environment and learn on the fly
Able to anticipate needs and be proactive
