Valparaiso University, an NCAA Division I Institution and member of the Horizon League invites applicants for the position of Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. This is a 12-month, full-time position reporting directly to the Head Coach.

The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for assisting in all facets of the planning and organization of a highly competitive Division I program competing in the Horizon League:

Recruitment of high-quality Division I student-athletes.
Work with individual student-athlete on overall development; academically, personally and athletically.
Practice and game planning.
Recruiting – Travel and on-campus recruiting.
Assist with NCAA Compliance paperwork and other administrative work.
