s: The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach is responsible for working with the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in the development and execution of the Men’s Basketball Program. The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach will assist the basketball program by developing student athletes through recruitment and retention. Assist with day to day duties: Assist in the planning, development, and direction of all team training and conditioning activities in the traditional segment at a level that will place program in a position of competitive leadership in the Northern Athletics Conference. Assist in preparation and implementation of scouting reports, game film, as well as film exchange program. Assist in the recruitment of prospective student athletes that allow program to be in a position of competitive leadership in the Northern Athletics Conference. This will include talent evaluation, coordinating mailings, telephone calls, and email exchanges, monitoring complete recruitment process, on campus and off campus in person contacts.
