Queens College seeks two part-time, Assistant Men’s Basketball Coaches. The assistant coach(es) will be responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization, development and implementation of the NCAA Division II men’s program competing in the East Coast Conference (ECC).
Duties include, but are not limited to, the recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes; coordination of film exchange; academic monitoring; travel logistics; individual instruction; team training;
player management; administrative duties; assistance with team non-competition events such as community service activities,
fundraising, and alumni events; and assist the head coach in overseeing a program that abides by all NCAA, ECC, CUNY, and Queens
College rules and regulations.
Upon arrival to department, coach must successfully pass the NCAA recruiting exam, defensive driving course, sexual harassment class and first aid/CPR.
