AIC, a NCAA Division II member of the NE10 Conference is seeking a full-time, Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. In compliance with NCAA and NE-10 Conference, the assistant coach must demonstrate a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes, show the ability to recruit, develop and motivate quality student-athletes, possess good communication and leadership skills, strong computer and writing skills and knowledge of, commitment to, all college, conference and NCAA regulations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: on court teaching and player development; recruitment; game tape exchange; coordinating team practices, games and travel; in charge of equipment; monitoring of student athletes’ academic progress; assist with camps and clinics; and administration duties as assigned by the head coach. The individual will represent the philosophy and educational goals of American International College and the commitment to the academic success of the athlete.
