The Director of Basketball Operations serves as an Administrative aide to the Men’s Head Basketball Coach and members of the coaching staff. This position coordinates the day-to-day operations for the entire men’s basketball program.
Manage day-to-day operations for the men’s basketball program
Oversight of administrative support staff, graduate assistants, and team managers
Coordinate all aspects of team travel including planning, itineraries, and expenses
Coordinates team public appearances and community service projects
Assists with competition schedule and contracts
Manages NCAA, SEC, and Athletics Department Compliance forms
Assists with all men’s basketball camps
Manages all on-campus recruiting activities for official and unofficial visits
Oversight of program procurement card
Assists with budget planning and Oversight of team/staff apparel and equipment
Other duties as assigned by the head coach.
