The primary function of this position is to assist the Head Coach in planning practice and game strategies, on the court coaching, coordinating travel, assisting in monitoring academics and other responsibilities as directed by the Head Coach or Director of Athletics. This individual will be responsible for recruiting quality student athletes who compete at a high level in both athletics and academics and who is a good Mission fit. He or she will need to have an understanding of and abide by all institutional, Great American Conference, and NCAA II rules and regulations.
