This temporary position is responsible for assisting the head coach in the management and administration of all phases of an intercollegiate sports program in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Department of Athletics and the University. She/he shall adhere to all policies and procedures of the Athletics Department and the University, as well as the rules and regulations of the NCAA and Big South Conference. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively and to manage multiple tasks.
