Position begins on or before November 1, 2012

The assistant coach will work with the head coach in helping to teach the skills necessary for a successful athletics program. The successful candidate will assist in organizing and conducting individual student-athlete workouts, team practices, opposing team scouts and game day preparations. The coach will assist in the evaluation and recruitment of qualified prospective student-athletes, preparation and management of the team operating budget and help to develop a team recruitment plan that will include travel, mailings and budget maintenance. It is imperative that the coach comply with all NCAA, MASCAC and Worcester State University rules and regulations and help to ensure all student-athletes do the same.
