The essential job functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: working directly under the supervision of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach on all organizational and coaching aspects of the collegiate team.
The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
1. Assuming all responsibilities in the development and implementation of all training for athletes in the
group assigned to this position on a yearly basis. This will be inclusive of all conditioning and technical
aspects involved with the sport of basketball.
2. Assisting with the recruitment of athletes that may become future student-athletes in the program. This
will be inclusive of telephone calls, written communication, and on/off campus visits.
3. Driving duties as assigned may be required.
4. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
