• Provide instruction in Kinesiology theory, activity and lab classes
• Coaching assignment in the sport of Men’s Basketball and responsibilities set forth by the Athletics Director; oversee the entire program including matriculation, recruiting, scheduling, eligibility, monitoring academic progress, budgets, transportation and fundraising; recruitment and supervision of assistant coaches
• Attendance at conference meetings and knowledge of coaching in accordance with the objectives, policies, regulations and procedures established by the Division and Conference and State Athletic Constitutions
• Participate in curriculum development, serve on College/Department committees as necessary to maintain and improve the instructional program, and participate in appropriate professional development activities
• Performance in related duties as assigned, including timely compliance with clerical and administrative responsibilities, College policies, division policies and department policies
• Provide support for the growth and success of a diverse population of students through careful preparation of course materials, effective teaching methods, and informed critical feedback on assignments and discussions
