Responsible for coaching, recruiting, practice, game day preparation, alumni communication, fundraising and management of staff; managing budget; providing effective management of games and practices; supervising staff and establishing a strong working relationship with the University and surrounding community; follow NCAA, Gulf South Conference and university rules and regulations, developing athletes to achieve success on the court and in the classroom; organize and manage camps and clinics. Additional responsibilities to be assigned by the Director of Athletics.
