* Demonstrate leadership and professional behavior when dealing with student-athletes
*Maintain positive constructive working relationships with student-athletes, athletics department coaches and staff, and all members of the College community
*Take a sincere interest in the personal, academic, and athletic development of the student-athletes
*Exhibit loyal, supportive, and cooperative behavior to the head coach, the men’s basketball program, and the College
*At all times promote the Men’s basketball program in a positive way to the College community, to the community outside the College, to high school coaches, and to recruits
*Recruiting
o maintaining the recruiting databases
o Corresponding with recruits via mailings, phone calls and emails
o scheduling and setting up recruit visits
o attending off campus recruiting events
o attending high school games and showcase tournaments
*Basketball Team Management support
o Assist in practice planning, organization, and on-the-floor coaching
o Assist in scouting and game preparations
o Game day duties
o Assist Eq Mgr in the inventory and care of uniforms and team equipment
*Supervise and Coordinate Fundraising activities for program (i.e. holiday and break youth basketball tournaments)
*Oversee academic and athletic development of the student-athletes
*Game Management & other administrative tasks as assigned by department
