The successful candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of a competitive Division III basketball program with additional duties in the area of facilities. Duties for basketball include assisting with the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, laundry and equipment oversight for the women’s basketball program, on-court instruction for practices, player development, academic monitoring, game strategies and competitive coaching, video exchange and participation in fund raising activities of the program.
Responsibilities for facilities include desk supervision with oversight of the Athletics & Fitness Center (AFC), which includes the opening and closing of the building as scheduled (August 15 ? June 15 each year). Assisting with the oversight and training of student-workers for the AFC, pre-game set-up and clean-up for home athletic contests, game site management, laundry and equipment oversight for the entire athletics program, and other additional duties as assigned by the head coach and Director of Athletics & Physical Education.
