Under the direction of the Head Basketball Coach, the Associate Head Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with organizational duties and the development of training and practice schedules. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of the recruitment program and overseeing the Assistant Coach in recruitment of qualified student-athletes within university and NCAA guidelines; teaching, evaluating and refining sport specific skill development for student-athletes; coordination of the Study Hall Program; and supervising team practices in the absence of the Head Coach.
