Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach (Full Time) 1. Proactively recruit student athletes who are a strong fit for CCU and our program spiritually, academically, and athletically in NCAA Division 2. 2. Have a strong network of recruiting contacts with High School, Junior College and AAU coaches throughout the US including but not limited to CO, TX, AZ, CA. 3. Travel extensively throughout the year to maintain existing recruiting relationships as well develop new recruiting contacts. 4. Proactively develop meaningful, lasting, mentor relationships with all student athletes in our program. Relationships that reinforce the mission of CCU and the values of our program. 5. Assist Head Coach with all day to day aspects of the program including but not limited to (fundraising, budget maintenance, all aspects of team travel, game day operations, academic monitoring, community relationships and partnerships, practice planning, player and team development, and all other organizational details) 6. Coordinate all aspects of campus visits both official and unofficial with recruits. 7. Prepare detailed and professional quality scouting reports on all opponents using FastScout and Synergy. Organize and prepare scout team in practices leading up to each opponent. 8. Coordinate all program video needs including exchange, Synergy, and any other needs that arise related to video. 9. Develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships in our department and across campus with faculty, staff, and students 10. Oversee hiring and supervision of team manager. 11. Annually pass NCAA recruiting exam. 12. Obtain CDL
