| Description: | This is a part-time position which reports to the Director of Athletics, and is responsible for overseeing a NJCAA Division III college basketball program. Duties include the recruitment and overall academic and athletic development of qualified student-athletes, conducting practices, coaching games, budgeting and assisting with the transfer to four-year programs. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and prior basketball coaching/playing experience, preferably at the college level. Must possess technical knowledge in all aspects of coaching; ability to demonstrate and teach basketball; proven history of high ethical and professional standards; and demonstrated strong work ethic.
