This position is responsible for coordinating video film exchange; on-campus recruitment; team travel, housing and meal arrangements for the men’s basketball team; in a manner which is consistent with the policies of the University of Indianapolis, NCAA and Great Lakes Valley Conference.
DUTIES/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

-On campus recruiting

-Assist with day to day operations -Responsible for on-campus aspects of recruiting

-Create mailings for prospective student athletes

-Co-direct of UIndy summer basketball camp

-Responsible for organizing coaches and players ticket requests

-Coordinate team related study table hours

-Assist with arrangements for team during school breaks (i.e. holiday meals and housing, per diems)

-Coordinate and oversee team travel (planning hotel, transportation, pre and post-game meals & practice arrangements)

-Coordinate film exchange, video editing breakdown and analysis to be used by coaching staff for game preparation and review

-Other duties assigned by the Head Coach

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge/Use of Synergy and Game Breaker is preferred.
Previous playing or coaching experience is preferred.
