Rutgers the State University of New Jersey with the Athletics department are seeking an Assistant to the Head Coach – Men’s Basketball. Primary responsibility is to provide executive level support to the Head Coach of Men’s Basketball in assisting in the overall management of administrative duties and daily functions of the Men’s Basketball Office. Acts as a liaison and maintains a satisfactory relationship with members of the athletic staff, administration, student-athletes, parents, alumni, media, general public, college and high school coaches, etc. Assists in day-to-day operations of the Men’s Basketball Office, including handling all logistics for meetings, conferences and speaking engagements for head coach and all business related travel for all coaches. Assists with the development of the summer camps. Coordinates with Assistant Coaches, the preparation and dissemination of all recruiting materials to prospective student-athletes, their parents and coaches.
