Description:	Direct all administrative phases of the men’s basketball program. Ranking 1 Job Duty Develop, plan and direct all administrative phases of the men’s basketball program, including but not limited to budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures; pre-season schedule consisting of facilities, dining and transportation logistics; directing camp/clinics both on and off campus for high school students, coaches and staff; planning and implementing comprehensive weekend activities for parents and prospective student-athletes for on-campus recruiting visits. Weekends include arranging meetings with faculty, deans, coaches, university administration and students. Ranking 2 Job Duty Develop policies and procedures for team travel, such as lodging, meals, ground transportation and air travel if applicable in conjunction with the Head Coach and Associate Athletic Director/Business Services. Ranking 3 Job Duty Assess all facility needs for the men’s basketball program, such as meeting rooms and court preparation and make recommendations to the Associate Director for Facilities. Ranking 4 Job Duty Show commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Ball State University, the Mid-American Conference, and NCAA; and pass the NCAA certification examination on an annual basis. Ranking 5 Job Duty Make recommendations in regard to fund raising, promotion, and marketing of the men’s basketball program. Ranking 6 Job Duty Provide support for the development of all aspects of the men’s basketball team program and video promotions, tapes for the games, practice, scouting, coordination with visiting team and NBA videotape requirements, etc. Ranking 7 Job Duty Provide support for the Head Basketball Coach for Men regarding the supervision of the Secretary for Men’s Basketball. Ranking 8 Job Duty Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Basketball Coach for Men.
