The Director of Scouting & Program Development will assist the Head Coach and coaching staff in recruiting management, special project support, program development, operations and administrative support coordination, statistical analysis and video operations management.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated 3 yrs. experience working in a Division I collegiate basketball program
Demonstrated experience in coordinating team travel
Demonstrated experience in video operations
Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
3+ years working in a Division I collegiate basketball program
Experience in recruiting databases
Experience as a collegiate coach
Demonstrated experience in project management
Experienced in Sportscode video software
Excellent verbal, interpersonal skills and experienced successful interaction with a diverse population
Valid driver’s license, maintains a low risk driving record and is insurable by the university
