A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Gibbs served as an assistant coach at Valley Traditional High School in Louisville for the 2016-17 season. From 2014-16, he was an assistant basketball coach at Beth Haven Christian School in Louisville.
Schauer states, “We are excited to add coach Gibbs to our staff. He is a young man that impresses me with his hard work and his desire to be part of the college coaching profession.” Schauer concludes, “He is a strong fit for both our program and this institution.”
