Under the general supervision of the Head Coach, act as the Director of Operations for a Division I Men’s Basketball program in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations. Duties include: assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Men’s Basketball office; developing and maintaining the annual budget; coordinating all travel; coordinating practice, game and facility schedules; serving as a liaison with compliance office ensuring adherence to Big Ten and NCCA rules; serving as a liaison with the Men’s Basketball Sports Administrator; serving as a liaison with the Academic Services Office, Sports Medicine, Athletic Business Office, Video Services and Equipment Room, etc.; and other duties as assigned.

One to three years of intercollegiate athletic experience is preferred. An understanding of NCAA, Big Ten and University rules and regulations is also preferred.
