Assist in the day-to-day activities for the men’s basketball office. Develop and implement policies, itineraries and responsibilities for official and unofficial visits. Oversee team travel arrangements during the season. Prepare the annual budget for men’s basketball; oversee month budget reports to head coach. Develop and prepare communications for the head coach to use with university constituents, donors, fans and general public. Active involvement and management of social medial platforms for men’s basketball.

Other duties as assigned by Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Athletic Director. Secure items for the Great Gold Rush Auction.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Two to four years working in a Division I basketball environment.

• Experience preparing and overseeing departmental budgets is a plus.

• Professional experience managing social media pages.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
