Position: China Youth Basketball Coach/Trainer

• Monthly Salary: based on experience, starting at 13000RMB+
• Rent (YBDL housing included) or Stipend if Coach Chooses his own apartment
• Flight Stipend Provided
• Desired City: Over 10 Cities in China
• Anticipated Start Date: To Be Determined
• Contract Length: 1 Year
• Annual Holiday Leave (5 Days+ Official Chinese Holidays)
• Standard Probation Period is 2 months
• Only 44-55 Training Sessions Per Month + Bonus Opportunities
• Up to 40-hour work week typical consisting of 
  o 25-30 hours coaching/training events 
  o 10-15 hours of office work/meetings for program development

Standard Job Requirements:

• Basketball Coaching/Training
• Participate and demonstrate in clinics (including internal clinics)
• Designing class plans
• Participate in company marketing events
• Up to 3 Days in the office per week
• Salary and Accommodation (based on experience)
• Average Player Ages: 4-16

Preferences Include:

• Highly charismatic and motivated coaches who can work with players from age 4 and up to adulthood.
• Global-minded coaches who can adapt to a foreign environment quickly.
• Trainer who can handle some physical demand
• Have experience coaching youth camps, clinics and teams.
