Hackley School is a beautiful IVY Prep School in Tarrytown, NY.  We play in the High School IVY League, which consists of several top Academic Institutions in the Country. Our student-athletes move on to High Academic Universities for study. We practice and play in a State of the Art Athletic Facility comparable to that of an NCAA Division 1 School.  We are located 9 minutes from where the Westchester Knicks play and 12 minutes from the House of Sports in Ardsley.

Expectations

–        We are looking for a highly energetic and positive Assistant Coach.

–        We expect you to have quality experience Coaching and/or playing the game with a passion to Teach.

–        We expect you have a strong familiarity with New York City Basketball.

–        We Expect that you are a Basketball Junkie who loves developing young          people through the game.

Responsibilities:

–        Be ACTIVE and Enthusiastic all of the time.  It is essential that we have someone around our program who has an optimistic outlook on life.  We must exude positivity and always encourage.

–        Be an Ambassador for the school with your actions and words.

–        Help to identify and recruit potential student-athletes.

–        Direct or Assist pre/post season workouts and Individuals.

–        Help Develop Coach Kuba’s Hackley Youth Development Program

–        Assist with film breakdowns and practice ideas.

–        Help Head Coach with in-game substitution rotation.
