M14Hoops is the fastest growing basketball development company in the Midwest. M14Hoops Chicagoland, started in 2009, works with 500+ athletes every month and opened its very own 40,000 square foot basketball facility in 2018.

In 2015 M14HOOPS expanded to Indianapolis. Starting from scratch, M14 Indy now trains over 200+ players annually.

The selection process starts with a phone interview followed by an in-person meeting (M14 covers travel and lodging expenses). Once selected, there will be a training held at our Indianapolis location.

***Please note: While we appreciate and respect different philosophies/ideas about youth development, we have a philosophy and a way we do EVERYTHING (terminology, dress code, walk, talk, interact with our players and parents).  We are looking for eligible candidates who would like to learn our method of teaching basketball and running a business and then to replicate that blueprint in another area. ***
