According to a report by Jeff Borzello, the University of Illinois Chicago will part ways with head basketball coach Steve McClain.

McClain led UIC to a 18-17 (10-8 Horizon) record this past season. In his five years at the school, McClain wet 76-93, but really turned the program around after s 5-win first season (averaging 17.75 wins per season after that).

McClain also served as the head coach at Wyoming (1998-2007), where he put together a 157-115 record.

No word on when this will be officially announced.
