Description:
The Director of Men’s Basketball will be in charge of all men’s basketball operations under Recruiting Boost including sales and placement. Sales will consist of being the second point of contact after we have verified the potential client has college-level talent. In this phase, you will connect with the family directly to explain how our services match their needs and secure the client. Placement will consist of guiding the prospect through the recruitment process, getting the client’s info directly in front of college coaches through calls, text, and social media.
