South Carolina State head basketball coach Murray Garvin was informed today that his contact will not be renewed. Garvin released the following on Twitter:

Garvin had spent the past nine seasons at South Carolina State, where he went 86-185 (.317). This past season, the Bulldogs went 1-17 (1-7 MEAC).
