The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach if a full-time position and will be responsible for assisting with the management, oversight, and development of the men’s basketball program.  Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment and retention of student-athletes, budget management, scheduling, fundraising, reports, and the supervision and evaluation of student-athletes and assistant coaching staff.  The Assistant Men’s Basketball coach will also coordinate the schedule for the George F. Collins, Jr. Sports & Convention Center and will comply with all Baker University, HAAC Conference, and NAIA procedures and policies.  The position will perform other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics.  Bachelor’s Degree required; men’s basketball collegiate coaching experience preferred.
