East Central University is looking for Graduate Assistant to assist the Men’s Basketball program. This position will report to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and will have major responsibilities as it relates to running a basketball program on and off the floor. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Basketball Operations : Assisting with team travel, food, logistics, administration work, etc.
• Recruiting : On and off campus recruiting including evaluation, communication, and decision making.
• Video Coordination : Coordinating video sharing, uploading, filming, and breakdown.
• Fundraising : Assisting with fundraising efforts for the Men’s Basketball program.
• Summer Camps : Assisting coordination and direction of summer and elite camps.
• Study Hall : Directing and monitoring study hall
• Compliance : Adhering to NCAA, GAC and East Central University rules and regulations. And submitting NCAA CARA reports.
• Game Preparation : Scouting reports and team/staff preparation.
• Skill Development
• Practice : Energy and enthusiasm to practice while getting to coach on the floor.
• Graphic Design : Learning photoshop for relating graphics.
