DME Academy (Daytona Beach, FL) is seeking a Recruiting Manager for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball program. This is a non-coaching position which will coordinate all recruiting aspects of the Basketball program.

Job duties include:

• Coordinate all aspects of recruiting of prospective-student athletes
• Responsible for recruiting logs, recruiting calendars and knowing NCAA recruiting rules
• Coordinate on-campus recruiting visits/activities
• Scouting at tournaments, games, etc.
• Work with our marketing team regarding graphics for recruiting, the program, and social media
• Other duties as assigned by the DME Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-Year accredited College or University
• Previous experience working in College/High School Athletics
• Must be able to work evenings/weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
