ACU men’s basketball coach Joe Golding announced Friday that he has hired former Stephen F. Austin associate head coach Brette Tanner to be his top assistant on the Wildcats’ coaching staff.

Tanner joins the ACU staff after seven years at SFA where he helped the Lumberjacks to an overall mark of 153-65, three regular-season Southland Conference championships and three appearances in the SLC Post-Season Tournament title game.
